I grew up in the New Forest, surrounded by nature with a deep connection to holistic living. For over 14 years I've been exploring health, the body, the mind & the power of sound medicine, working with gongs, bowls, drums and other sacred tool to guide healing through frequency and vibration.

Natural and holistic healing has always been a part of my daily practice, and sharing these experiences with others feels like my soul's work. My intention is to help raise collective vibration and consciousness, reminding us all that the medicine we need is already available to us.
